Chuetsu's extruded copper alloy products factory has the ability to manufacture aluminum extrusions for many different types of products in many different industries.  Our aluminum extrusions factories can manufacture medium and long production runs which are engineered to maintain our customer critical requirements. 

Aluminum extrusions with secondary operations such as CNC machining, plating, polishing, anodizing, coating (such as Teflon or powder) are our specialty.    Utilizing our machining centers in the U.S. and abroad we are able to be very competitive with custom aluminum extrusions and anodized aluminum extrusions both with and without secondary machining operations. 

Overall, aluminum extrusions are becoming increasingly popular due to low cost structures and the high quality of products manufactured around the globe.  Chuetsu's factories can extrude many different shapes (including heat sink extrusions) to any of your particular needs.  We also manufacture our own aluminum extrusions dies for export if desired.  On-site tooling facilities allow Chuetsu to reduce our aluminum extrusions up-front costs to give you a low cost solution.
